Grand Valley Lakes subdivision is a gated community located in Hardeman County, TN.
Three scenic lakes are on property; Grand Valley Lake is approximately 125 acres, Gin Pond Lake is approximately 20 acres and Duffer Lake is our third and smallest lake.
Great fishing is available all year. Motorized boats including pontoons, ski, personal watercraft (like Jet Ski and Sea Doo) are welcomed as are non-motorized crafts (like kayaks and paddle boards). All homeowners have lake access via personal dock or community marina.
In the valley we enjoy lake life at our own pace. Plentiful bird watching, deer and wildlife sightings and majestic sunsets are staples. Our grounds and lakes are rich natural habitats making walks and leisurely boating popular.
Our Grand Valley Lakes Lodge is home to many community events. Our annual fish fry and auction, winter dinner dance with live music are just a couple of regularly scheduled activities that bring us all together for good fun and food.
Perhaps our most colorful and popular annual event in the valley is our Annual July 4th Celebration & Fireworks Show. Our festivities start with a themed boat parade, kayak and paddle board races, then we gather around and on the lake for a spectacular fireworks show! See our UPCOMING EVENTS below.
The Lodge includes a library and workout facility for property owners to enjoy. Events like weddings, birthday celebrations and meetings can be held here as well. See more RENTING OUR LODGE
The Grand Valley Volunteer Fire Department is comprised of dedicated volunteers and is located just outside the gate. Hospital Wing provides helicopter services for emergency transportation.
If you enjoy history or genealogy, Grand Valley Lakes is home of the historic Ussery Cemetery.
Bolivar is the closest city to us. Grocery and supply stores, restaurants and entertainment venues are located here and other nearby cities. See AREA AMENITIES below.
