We will be looking for a date in October to do this project. There are at least 2 trailers to be torn down and properties then cleaned up. Volunteers will be needed to help with this. Jean Harrison is the Chairman of the Beautification committee. Jean went over the sequence of 4 letters that GVL sends out to individuals who are out of compliance. Jean stated there is a cleanup day scheduled for November 4th.
Ron Scott announced we have hired a new guard. We are still looking for someone for maintenance.
