Donna McClarin stated we have the budget ready. We are raising the water fee $10 per

Ron Scott stated we have sent out approximately 25 clean up letters from our beautification committee. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep their property clean and neat.
David West announced the formation of a 3-year plan for the Valley, to determine how best we can use the resources we have to accomplish the greatest amount in the next 3 years. Input will be needed from the entire community, not just the board. This is divided this into 3 separate committees with board and non-board participation on each committee. We plan to send out a survey to the community for input. Three committee chairs that have agreed to serve: Ron Scott will chair the Finance Administration Committee, Stuart Farmer will chair the Maintenance & Capital Improvements Committee, and Jean Harrison will chair the Volunteers in Special Events & Beautifications Committee. If anyone is interested in serving on a committee, please contact these people.

Stuart Farmer stated there are three variance requests. The architectural committee approved these and recommends the board approve them as well. The first one was for Mr. Nelson on 320 Teton Drive, who wants to install some steps by the water, a Jet Ski landing, and re-deck the top of his dock. David West made motion to approve this variance, Jean Harrison seconded; variance approved. The second one was for Jim Gehringer on 355 Pine Ridge Drive, who wants to remove some pilings to replace with larger ones to make the boat house taller for overhead clearance. Donna McClarin made motion to accept the variance, Jean Harrison seconded; variance approved. The third one was for Billy & Amy Williams on 25 Plantation Circle, who wants to put a concrete boat ramp on their property that would be 10 feet wide and extend out 15 feet into the water. After much discussion this item was tabled for further discussion by the Board.
