The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for ensuring New Construction, Room Additions, Docks, Boat Houses, Sheds and other Construction Projects including Fences are in compliance with the Associations Covenants, Restrictions and Bylaws. Copies of the Associations governing documents can be obtained at the GVL office.

Contractor Rules
Contractors will need to provide portable bathroom facilities for workers. Silt barriers may be required for some lakeside construction New home construction requires one complete set of plans retained by the GVL office during the project. Disposal of construction debris is required. Dumping in GVL property is prohibited. Workers must abide by all community guidelines while on GVL property. Owner is responsible for any violations of GVL rules and regulations by contractor and/or workers Lakeside construction may include additional restrictions
